We will be happy to accept exchanges and returns of unopened/unused items purchased on tocca.com for credit in the form of original payment, less shipping charges, within 15 days of purchase . Please send an email to support@tocca.com with your Order number, a photo of the unopened/unused item(s) you wish to return and the reason. Our customer service team will reply with the status of your request and next steps.
Product not purchased on tocca.com must be returned to the retailer where it was originally purchased (subject to that retailer’s return policies).
